What is your Mantra?

Sitting in the unknown often creates internal tension and suffering .  It is also where the universe has another plan, so surrender to what is and turn it over to a higher power.

This is easier said than done but always our path to freedom. Besides, it’s going to be what it is and all the angst, fret and worry won’t change anything but your internal terrain. So ride it out and keep your mind on your mantra while you move through the rivers of your soul.

What is your mantra today?

Mine is Just Breathe.

The world can drop from under your feet, smoke can cloud your vision and take your material goods but if you are still standing we are alive this moment in all it’s glory and destruction. It is a call to open your heart and let it flow like a river while you float in the wide open spaces of your world and mind.

Hold yourself tenderly and lightly as you move through your day.

Blessings of Love and Light,

Cindy

P.S. The fires are 17 % contained today, the internal tempuratures are cooled down and we are moving to the other side of our differneces with many sacred moments. This picture was taken at Coyotee Creek Golf Course by my husband.

As always like (if you do of course), comment and or share. I’m very grateful for you reading.

    1. Send a few here… lol! My almost 90 year old client came back today after 5 months (pandemic). I did a point and shoot session and he was almost up to his old 🏋🏼‍♀️💪 And that means more money will follow👍🏼

      1. 😂 That’s something I wanna hear anyday, big up for more money. My tiny wish for you & that 90yr old client must keep going.🤗

      2. I totally agree!! He’ll make it to 100! I saved his life (seriously) from a hematoma 8 years ago because I noticed he was off and I checked his handwriting. He told me he was fine and took off in the car. I made him write his signature and checked it on all of his checks and paperwork later and it was off. TIA? I got in the car and drove to his house and said “Get IN” and drove him to his house and He had emergency surgery and would have died. I should have called emergency but thank god for the outcome. So I’ve gotten 8 more years of payment Tap… 🤣… are you satisfied now?! lol

      3. Wow. Bless to that century score. My grandpa just missed it by 3 in 2017. I love it when people are happy & healthy without looking back. I love my life. I definitely want to live 150-200 years, the more the better. You are doing an amazing job helping people. Big kudos👍 to Cindy on that. I want to retire before turning 30, currently that’s the goal. A ton of thanks again. My hunger for money will never stop, but I know my skills/interests and I milk them as much as possible to feed my hunger. Wishes for money & health is always accepted whole heartedly.🤗🤗🤗

      4. Thanks so much Tap. I knew you would love that story. Good for your grandpa! You have good genes and it sounds like you will pass that number with your attitude and desire! Cheers to that and kudos to you! I love what I do so the money follows. Service is truly a mission of my should. Have a great day!!!

      5. You are welcome Cindy. There are people who find joy in serving others, I love to know more on that anyday. If we can eat right & do little workout, we all can live a healthy happy 100 years.

  1. This is the mindset I thrive for each day. No one has the answers, surrendering to each moment is the best response. Taking it all in. My mantra today is I can love, it’s the best thing I can do. It’s what I wasborn to do and what I’m good at.

I’m happy and relieved to hear that the fires are more under control. Please stay safe🙏 Sending you so much love to you and your family at this time❤

    1. That is great daily mindset!!! YOU are LOVE. No wonder it is your mantra and you seem to do it well. Thanks Dear friend. I am receiving many blessings and luckily things are seemingly getting under control. xoxoxoxo ❤️❤️❤️

  2. I often feel cornered when I come across posts like these because they snap me back to being present from my autopilot mode.

Mmmh my mantra is round about the same as you — Rest

  3. ♡ The “Higher Power” Being Our True Selves; as We Remember how to Speak with Our Own Voices

    …♡♡♡…

  4. Surrendering to what is, sounds terrifying but it might be the path to serendipity. I am so glad to hear the fires are contained. I hope the situation keeps getting better. Stay safe!

  5. Thank you for these blessings 🙏 glad that the fires are gradually being contained 🙏 I still need a mantra as I’ve heard it should be a word whose meaning you don’t understand? But from this I gather it can be whatever helps you make it through tough times 😊

    1. You are so welcome Ingrid. 🙏! Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts and asking questions. There is a practice called japa where a word is said either aloud or silently while one strings each mala bead through their hand and repeats a word. I personally like to pick a word that has meaning to me and repeat it. Try picking one and let me know how it goes for you. Pick something you want more of in your life or are working on. And thank you for the good thoughts on the fire. It is definitely getting more and more contained. ❤️🙏

      1. Thank you for the advice – I will try that today. I hope your life returns to some kind of normality soon 🙏
