Unique Times

Where I share my jewels of wisdom of life

Mother Earth is angry and the ocean reflects its displeasure mirroring the injustice in her waters and sky.

The rock guised as monsters reckoning with earth; bound by greed, no bounderies of caste or creed,

but not defining me.

Denying climate change, pain and suffering while the haves and the have nots, don’t measure up.

It’s not too late, so listen up folks.  I won’t and can’t hold this anger, nor should you,

but I will merge with Grandmother Earth and Grandfather Sky and

protect her and be the sea of change.

Will you  join me?

Hi Friends,

I’m struck by dark nights that haunt us on so many levels right now and this picture of Jason’s evoked such powerful feelings. The light is beckoning us so no matter what you are going through. Remember things get worse before they get better and when you think you can’t go on, take one moment at a time, one breath at at time. We’re is this together and we will get through this; stronger and brighter than ever before, united once again, take a stand.

As always, thanks for reading and please like (if you do our course), comment and or share.

So much love and blessings,

❤️

Cindy

Very true, Nature is alive and talking to us.We all did things which ruined the mother earth continuously and thus we got this virus in return. Loved this piece, it was very nicely penned. Stay blessed and I know you are the ocean of ‘change ‘💕😊

I loved the pic and your beautiful interpretation of it Cindy. We are plundering mother nature and invoking her wrath. It’s time we own up and mend our ways. 💙

This was true at so many levels Cindy. We are plagued with selfishness and jealousy so much and so that it is getting manifested in forms of all ignorance. It’s sad that people believe that there would be another planet that they can live on. If one cannot keep their own home clean, how will they respect someone else’s home. Loved your poetry and Jason’s picture. 😇

Lovely reminder Cindy. I hope someday we find it in our hearts to respect nature and each other enough to protect and live in respectful harmony. 🎀🙏🏼💐🌳🌻🦓🦜

A fervent message Cindy ❤️💖 Do hope we understand and realize what we are going through is the reaction of our stimulus. And these reactions will do so much harm that we don’t even register. It’s high time for us to act and be the change.
Take care 🙂❤️

Beautiful photo and poem, Cindy! <3 And a desparately needed message…What seems so obvious to most people seems lost on some of our leaders. We are experiencing climate change which threatens to destroy our world, and it seems that greed and a lust for power is overriding common sense and common decency. I have voted and am hoping for the best! 🙂

Take care, Cheryl

So lovely your truth and beautifully put Cindy. We certainly do our part trying to protect mother earth. We generate only one can of trash per year. We compost, catch rain water, recycle everything we can and watch packaging, etc. We built a little field of dreams in the way of a bee and butterfly garden and this year the milk weed brought the Monarchs, we were like kids at Christmas time. I applaud you for your beautifully penned poetic statement and hope that more will follow. Count us in. Love your message. Blessings to you and to your loved ones my friend. Joni

You are too kind my friend. We too feel like we need solar but we don’t need more then a 800 square foot house and we want to downsize from this house and move to the mountains. Sounds like you do plenty my friend. You have a beautiful blog and I look forward to reading much more of your wise words. Love ❤️ Joni 🤗💕❤️

Nice poetry Cindy! In all honesty, plastic waste and dangerous gases have wrecked more havoc on mother nature than previous times of wars. People recover, people rebuild but the way we continue to encourage nylons and disposables that could literally spend 500 years decomposing is bewildering. At least, I understand the concept of going electric and using renewable energy, that’ll definitely take a while but you see, this thing called plastic waste can be changed to degradable waste if stakeholders made it serious concern. Well, I guess they’re only here to make their pockets fatter and at the expense of unborn generations…

The tide is a special go-to place for me… a place to which my legs and my words often return.
In fact, my own tides are shifting hugely right now…
and reaching out,
like tentacles made of ripple and plankton lights and half-written poetry,
looking for open skies and hugs.
