No one makes it out alive:
Some travel straight
Some veer off
Some in their own backyard
Some over mountaintops
Some to far off lands.

Either way, there are the peaks and valleys
We travel with others and sometimes alone
Wearing many masks along the way.

Our travels always take us back home to the essence of who we are and where we came.
Walk the journey in love and when you fall down brush yourself off and never look back.
There are many stories in your bones,
Some to be told and some to strengthen your spirit.

Live a life that you can call your own, that houses your soul
so when you make your way to your next dimension,
You can take your place as the star that you are, shinning brightly.
Yes, we walk the tightrope of time, TRUST IT!

Cindy, this is quite profound. With several pertinent phrases to choose from, I gravitated toward this one.

“Live a life that you can call your own, that houses your soul”

This one was a close second.

“There are many stories in your bones,
Some to be told and some to strengthen your spirit.”

Thanks for sharing your nicely-coined words. Keith

Cindy, thanks. Are we referring to the governor of New York or some other politician who is innocent until proven guilty? Keith

Cindy, this piece is priceless. So much to unpack in this treasure chest.

I particularly relish these lines;

“There are many stories in your bones,
Some to be told and some to strengthen your spirit.”

Your graceful spirit hovers around each line… This is beyond beautiful and insightful. Keep blessing us with your heart and art.

Cheers,

Adeleke

We are all balanced on that tight rope right? The swing is my favorite and most fun activity. I still seek them out for a carefree and delightful experience 😁
I’m about to write a big post on how I continue my soul’s journey, building a sturdy foundation grounded in love. Trusting Spirit all the way🌠

I loved this piece Cindy. It made me smile and think deeply about a lot of things….
Very introspective.
I like these lines a lot..
there are many stories in your bones,
Some to be told and some to strengthen your spirit.
Many indeed. Each of us have these unique experiences that make us what we are that no one else will ever be able to experience …they might hear from us but never be able to feel them and the impact and effect is just ours…..
Lovely post Cindy 🙂

Hi, Cindy. Enjoying your blogs. My own thoughts on time were reported in a blog: https://capost2k.wordpress.com/2018/04/08/wondering-while-wandering-through-time-and-space/. No one that I know of espouses this view, but that does not mean I am wrong. But even if I am right, it probably doesn’t make any difference. 😊
