a jab to the left
hope for better days ahead
a shot in the dark

It’s not like me to be tongue-tied as you probably know by now. I haven’t had the inspiration or energy to write. Some of it is very likely due to the fact that I’m generally the caretaker in my life, my career and here on the page and I’m comfortable in that role, not vice versa. It brings up the fact that I’m not invincible as much as I like to pretend otherwise, and my mortality I suppose. It is my job to be an example of health and vitality. I very rarely get sick, although I am often in the 1% of things going right or wrong.
I want to warn you this is long so please read what is of interest and what isn’t or scroll to the bottom for some bullet points.
I fall in 1% of the population that got pregnancy-induced asthma and I NEVER had any breathing issues before that. My mother smoked all of my years growing up and didn’t quit until she was 60, so I was a product of 2nd hand smoke which no doubt contributed to the late-onset.
My first birth was the toughest and I had to stop teaching because I could barely breathe. I was terrified to take any drugs, have acupuncture, or chiropractic treatment for fear that it could hurt my baby which is ludicrous when I look back on it; but I was a young protective mother at the time. One night when I was 7 months pregnant, I could hardly walk or breathe. I sat frozen outside waiting for my husband to come home, forcing tears back because it made my breathing worse. Here I was just 3 months before teaching 4 high/low impact classes a day, training staff, etc at my aerobic studio, so to find myself barely being able to walk, let alone teach, was unfathomable to me. I even named my daughter Renee, which meant rebirth because I was so terrified she wasn’t getting the oxygen she needed. I wore healing crystals, prayed a lot, and said affirmations over and over in my head.
The next day I went and had an acupuncture treatment. The day after that, a homeopathic visit and the third day a chiropractic appointment and within a week I was 95% better. It was like a miracle for me. Never mind I had no clue what helped, I was better and that’s all that mattered. For the record, I don’t recommend doing more than one modality at a time for this exact reason…. you never know what truly helped. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to see her when she came out breathing perfectly.
Birth was the ultimate cure of this condition for all 4 pregnancies. With my subsequent 3 births, I got on top of my game quicker with alternative treatments so my symptoms were nominal. I of all people, understand what it’s like to be in the 1 % category which is 100% if you’re the 1. I have had 4-5 subsequent severe asthma attacks after all of my pregnancies. One when I’ve was hiking in Mexico, another when I was running the beach in Hawaii and my friends rushed me to the hospital before we boarded the plane and an EpiPen was prescribed in case I needed it on the plane. Those are amazing friends as I tried to talk them out of it! It’s been some time since I’ve had one but I truly need to remember this because it could be life-threatening.
I attribute not getting sick to keeping my immune system strong with exercise, a healthy diet and also working up close and personal with clients in my practice. Like I mentioned homeopathic meds, acupuncture, chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, bodywork, meditation, yoga, Tai Chi and music are my meds and I feel fully armored as I begin each day. I don’t take medications or get vaccines except for tetnus. My doctor used to argue with me about why I needed to get the flu shot etc, but my stats speak for themselves, and every year, he is blown away by my cholesterol, triglyceride levels, and low heart rate and gives me a pass and his blessings. He makes a joke with staff that if I request medications, to “fill her prescription right away” since I never ask for them.
With all of this said, I have to be honest with you, I’ve been down for the count. Ok, I said it. No, I’m not invincible or Wonder Woman as much as I try to be. Whew….. got that off my chest.
With Covid, I had little question of whether I was going to get the vaccine or not. I read the data consulted with professionals I trust and 98% were in agreement that the vaccine was the only way we would get to herd immunity and stop the death rate. And all numbers show a decrease in numbers since last year at this time with the vaccinated here in California. Dana Ullman, a homeopathic doctor that I know personally and professionally who just wrote a compelling article for The Childrens Health Defense, emphasizing the dangers in taking fever-reducing drugs with Covid or any viral infections for that matter. For me, even being the 1% with breathing problems, I knew I was better off avoiding Covid and get the vaccine even though I felt strongly, I could stave it off if I did happen to get it.
More importantly I, like you have seen too many friends lose family members and their loved ones to this devastating robber of the lungs and suffer immensely. We have lost some of our W.P. friends too soon in India and other parts of the world as well. Every minute there’s a new story of grief, pain, sorrow and loss. We recently lost our Dear Astha to Covid at 20 years old and it’s heartbreaking. She was in the process of creating an Anthology book on love before her passing and our friend Navin from Navin’s Poetry is kindly taking over the job of seeing it through. I am delighted to be included in this book of poems and honor our dear friend. There isn’t a day that goes by that I am not praying, sending energy and light and love for higher frequencies and healing so we can end Covid.
So, no matter what my philosophy or concerns are, my family, friends, clients and our world is important to me and I feel a moral obligation and code of ethics that I need to follow in my life and my profession demands it. Too many business’s have gone belly up and are struggling and suffering as well and I’m happy to see businesses as well as my own, start building back up to full capacity.
Studies show:
1. After 6 months the vaccine is still 93% effective.
2. If someone has had Covid, 1 shot of vaccine reduces their risk of getting it a second time by 94%. This proves herd immunity could take years without the vaccine.
3. Studies show that woman are much more likely to get adverse affects with vaccines for decades.

So last Friday at 1:00 p.m. I got my 2nd vaccine and everything was well organized and smooth sailing. I even got some shopping and errands done, ate lunch, and was having a fun Friday. I chose my left arm because my right shoulder gives me trouble sometimes and even though I eat left-handed, I am pretty much ambidextrous. Trust me, there is no political jab intended here, even if it appears that way. If you want that you can listen to any news station or posts from our other friends on W.P. I will just say it’s an interesting divide of vaccine percentages with the red and the blue and a-shame we have turned this into politics as well.
Around 5;00 p.m. I started getting the chills, a fever, headache, achy and pretty much crawled into bed but I couldn’t sleep as the symptoms got worse and I found myself tossing and turning trying to get comfortable but barely slept a wink. The next day was more of the same only I got a splitting headache and I was achy all over. My fever broke and my mom’s visit making me chicken vegetable soup for my soul and body was so healing in only the way moms can do. I continued to slowly improve every day and was ready to work Monday but could only see one client and developed stomach pain, a runny knows, my breathing was off and my heart rate elevated. In general, I was exhausted and couldn’t be up for very long. The bad news is it’s no fun to feel sick. The good news is the shot is working. Today, I’m back in my writing seat and off to see my first client and feeling better than yesterday but had to cancel my No Guts No Glory bootcamp class because this Glory girl didn’t have the guts or muscle strength to teach, let alone bark orders.
The things I have done been doing I think are helpful to use in reducing vaccination side-effects are the following:
- Staying Hydrated: Water, tea, jello, fruits that have lots of water content like watermelon, melons, oranges (vit C) and veggies such as cucumbers, celery, lemons, grapes,
- Thymuline Homeopathic: It is a remedy that helps the body create more T- cells in the body that help the body fight viral infection. The thymus gland is an important part of our immune system. It sits right below your thyroid gland and above your heart. Thymuline is a hormone from the thymus gland and this is a homeopathic dose of it. You simply put 3 pellets under the tongue once a week in wintertime. When symptoms occur place 3-4 pellets under the tongue 3-4 times a day.
- Gelsemium 30 Homeopathic: Helps the achiness and lethargy. Take 3-4 xs a day. The nice thing about homeopathic medicine is there are no side effects. Either they work or they don’t.
- Zinc: Refer to bottle for dosage
- Vitamin C
- Vitamine D
- Sleeping: when I can
- Stopping Workouts: ( it wasn’t even a question for me)
- Turning off the news and screens: and listen to meditation tapes or music, and watch movies. I never have time for movies but have been loving the series, The Imposters, however it started out with a bang and the 2nd season is starting to fizzle
- Taking an Epsom salt bath: and add lavender, peppermint, juniper and lemon pure essential oils in my bath for relaxation and pain relief. Also rub a drop of peppermint oil on your temples for headache relief
- Breathe: long slow breaths counting to 6-8 and slowly breathe out
- Gently tapping my Thymus glad: to stimulate more white blood count to help fight infection
- Fresh air and sun
- Prayer, affirmations and visualizations
- Light Stretching: if you’re up for it and/or Qui Gong
- You are never too old for your mother’s TLC❣️🙏

Wow, I guess I wasn’t as tongue-tied as I thought I was when I started writing. I truly didn’t want to make this into another Covid 19 post that we have all grown tired of but there was something driving me. I think realizing my own mortality is an eye-opener, watching my parents pilgrim on no matter what their ailments another, and the fact just because we are doing well here in my neck of the woods in California, we must remember our friends in the other parts of the world that are suffering so much and pause to be grateful for every moment and every breath. They won’t last forever.
Let’s not forget that while we have learned a lot, we don’t know everything and what the long-term ramifications will be with the new variances etc. What we do know is that through the dark times, we will always persevere and there is light at the end of the tunnel. We know our hearts rain red with the loss that we have endured and that red bursts beautiful roses to smell and fill our soul with love and light again. None of us will make it out of this world alive even if we survive Covid but we will stay strong. We are not invisible and we will listen to the messages our bodies give us and act prudently and swiftly to give it what it needs.
While this might feel like A Shot in The Dark….. It’s the only one we’ve got right now!
It is with love and blessings that I leave you as we journey together and stand strong for each other. Thank you so much for your time and reading. Please share your light and take a minute to like ( if you do of course), let me know your thoughts and share if you are inclined. Below are the latest numbers in case you want a quick update and reliable sources.

NSAID’s (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) and aspirin are not treatments for COVID and never have been. It is recommended that neither be taken for two weeks prior to vaccination. (the same is true regarding surgery).
The vaccine does not prevent all COVID deaths, but drastically reduces the chance of death by 97%. At this point over a billion doses have been administered and the deaths from covid have dropped dramatically and are continuing to drop as more people get vaccinated. 600,000 Americans have died and over three million worldwide have died from COVID. Covid is much more dangerous than the vaccine. No drug is without risk, but you have a greater chance of dying from the flu than from the vaccine and as drugs go, it is proving to be exceptionally safe.
There have been a handful of deaths from the Johnson and Johnson vaccine so avoid that one. There is a lot of bullshit being circulated on the internet about vaccines. Avoid all of it.

People with immune system disorders or diseases have a legitimate reason to avoid the vaccine, so long as they understand that they are then at much higher risk of COVID infection, severe complications and death from COVID, which is not a good spot to be in.
Thank you so much for sharing Cindy. You are wonderful. But I said that so many times..
I hope people read it till the end.
Sending love.
xoxo
You’re sooo welcome and thanks for reading to the end… it was looooong.
You have said it so many times I have now changed my name to Cindy Wonderful beacuse you make me feel so. Thanks my dear Gabriella❣️
Feeling your love, thanks and here’s some for you 💗💗💗
My pleasure sweetheart. Yes! You are Cindy Wonderful. Our Cindy Wonderful and we all love.
xoxo
And that is why I love you so🙏💖❣️
I love you too 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
awwww thank you sooo much ❣️💗🙌❣️🤟
I’m pretty scared of taking the vaccine myself😳😳
Hope you’re perfectly fine now🤗🤗
I understand. The propoganda that has been going around is really scary and many sites can’t be believed. The sources I listen below are ones you can trust. Try to stay away from the 1 vaccine and go for 2 which have the most success and less reactions. Younger people that get Covid usually have immunity and do ok it seems but we are seeing cases of young like our dear Astha not make it. Keep your immune system boosted. I’m better everyday but still tired. Thanks 💗🤗
Thank you for sharing your perspectives and your experiences with the covid19 vaccine. I found the post relatable and read every word. I too, have not taken flu shots for many years, have not gotten the flu, and almost never get colds anymore. I experienced some similar side effects after the second shot, but it is a great relief not to be anxious in the grocery store. Your commonsense advice rings true.
Feel better! <3
You’re so welcome and truly means a lot you read the whole thing and could relate to this Cheyrl. I’ll tell you what, I’m not going to get the flu shot but this was a different beast. I saw that you got sick and so sorry. Hope you got my message.. Could be lost in spam as W.P. has had so many glitches lately. That’s good to hear you feel safer.
Thank you, it’s a slow process but worth it in the end. 💖
Thank you so much for sharing this detailed experience on vaccination.
The situation here in India is really bad as detailed ot by you. Many families have lost their close ones to this virus i the second wave. The good news from past two days is the cases are gradually decreasing. Hope it ends soon and the vaccination is completed successfully as quick as possible.
You’re so welcome Ashish and Thank you for reading it.
It has been sooo sad and I’m really sorry. I’m sooo glad to here it is starting to decrease. Fingers and toes crossed too. Thanks for letting me know. I’m sure we’ll hear some fall outs but the benefits far out weigh the risks❣️
Sorry to hear about your ordeal, but glad to hear you are fully vaccinated and healing well! Loved the baby photo too 🥰 I’ve signed up for my vaccine and my husband has been called for Friday but I’m still waiting! I hope I don’t have to wait too long because I need to get back on the road…sending love and healing energy ❤️🥰🙏🌺
Thanks Ingrid. Yeah me too. I would have thought I wouldn’t have had such a reaction with a strong immune system but it turns out that when you do you have a bigger reaction to it. Go figure.
Oh Yayyyy I’m glad you’re both getting it❣️Where you heading this time? 💖. Maybe you can go home and get your bike🤗. Thanks for the love and healing energy … it helps!!!💖💖💖🤗
Thanks for sharing your experience Cindy 😊 hope it will motivate more and more people to get vaccinated ❤❤, I love how you took the control of your health in your hands instead of relying on medicines….. Your reports confirm that too …… Be energetic always
💗 Vani 💗
You’re so welcome and thanks for taking the time to read it. It was longer than most. I hope so as well❣️and your post too. So wild we were within a couple of days from each other. I’m glad you see the power of taking charge and relying on our wisdom for healing. It is a nice affirmation to see those reports for sure. Thank you Vani and you do the same. Hugs and love 🤗💗
Glad you’re vaccinated now, Cindy. Feel better! <3
Thanks a lot Penny, me too! I appreciate it… taking it slow but moving in the right direction. Have a great day💖
Informative post. Vaccination is most powerful means of halting the transmission of “covid 19” infection in community. As a doctor and public health consultant i strongly recommended vaccines.Have a nice day.
Thank you Dr. Prakash for weighing in here with your professional expertise and endorsement of my post. Thanks I will and you do the same.❣️🙏
Oh dear Cindy, I promise, I read every line here. 😉😉 I am glad you got the second vaccine and you’re back to your normal life. I so agree that our mom’s can bring life to our sick and tired body and it’s magical. 😊😊 Take care of yourself, sending you love 🥰😍🥰🤗
ohhhh man, you’re a good friend Preeths, thanks. Yep, I’m glad too. I’m still sooooo slow and tired but hey, I’ll take that if it keeps me from getting it and how bad it could be. 💖❣️❤️
Thanks for the love💖
I loved your quotes on Insta .. Finally getting back in the loop. 💖. I’ll be seeing you soon🤗

To be honest don’t know what to think about vaccine, but I will do it if it will be the only way to go out of this situation and be able to see my parents and my daughter (I didn’t see them since October…)
You’re welcome Manuel and truly thanks for taking the time to read. I can understand truly but I feel the same way. My cousin is a personal injury laywer and he would be all over this is there was a problem and money to be made….(you know the ambulence chasers) but he has studies all of the vaccines and has for years and has sound advice to get us through this. I hope you get it soon so you can see you r parents and daughter. I remember when you were there and how much fun you had! Let me know when you get it and if you get any reactions or not❤️
Completed vaccination Cindy! Take care
✅ Thanks Nawaz
💗
Cindy, this is such a revealing and honest look into that bog sensitive heart of yours!!! You and my Mom share so much health wise with the asthma and now your suggestion of the harmonica makes even more sense! She loves it btw and plays it multiple times a day and we both think of you when she does! I love when I read your posts and feel blessed to know such a loving, kind, compassionate and empathetic woman who I’m blessed to call a sister friend 💖 You shine so bright Cindy. Take whatever time you need and take care of that beautiful heart. You care for so many while holding space, shining light and love so fantastically!!! I love you💗😁🙌✨
What a healing message to read that warms my heart today Maria, thank you so much my dear friend for the gift of your words that are so soothing and uplifting❣️I can see her in my minds eye right now with you dancing while she plays in the background. It’s such a happy visual which would be fun to see live-:) Thank you for seeing me and knowing my essence and heart. Your message truly is uplifting. And I too am honored soul sister in shadow and light. And I love you❣️
p.s. I think I best not teach yoga tonight and rest. One walk up the hill with a client wore me out and it was a snails pace. 🌷
I intuitively knew you would skip tonight and I agree that is best. I’m always here to see and shine, with you by my side 😊 Take care and rest dear one 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
It’s a weird one for me cuz I’m cancelling more than I’m teaching lately… Hope that’s not a continuing trend but going with the flow💗
I appreciate your never ending support and understanding 💖💗 Together we shine brighter🙏
Absolutely ✨🌠my star 🌟😊💛🙌

Hi Cindy,
Great post! I am glad you opted for the vaccine, specially with breathing issues.
Just today I lost an older friend in Brazil. She had the first shot of the vaccine, but she contracted Covid. It affected her lungs and for awhile we thought she would recover.
I don’t get the flu shot either, but I feel comfortable in my decision of getting the vaccine.
I hope you are 100% soon.
I am sorry about all the issues you had with your first birth. I am glad all turned out fine with you and Renee.
Blessings! ♥♥
Thanks so much Ana Star! Yes me too even tho I am generally opposed to them but this is a disease of another level. Ohhhhh I’m soooo sorry. Sad she got the vaccine too. When did she get Covid after her first vaccine. I’m curious. My daughter in N.Y. was 1 vac in and and the day she was supposed to get the 2nd one she got covid and knows exactly where. Such a bummer.
Glad you got it too before your trip.
Thanks a lot, it was terrifying to tell you the truth. Thank you so much .
When do you leave?
Blessings to you as well💖
Dear Cindy, I love your short poetry….honestly, you’ve said so much through those lines….wise you are for sure….pure words flow through you….a view of gratitude to you for sharing about your life….light is what you beam through your being….I mean, you’re a WonderFul Woman in the body form…..ftpm there you remain grounded even when the ground is shaking….waking senses of whoever you touch….such a straight forward words from your heart you jot…I’m not doing anything special after Astha’s soul has left her body….anthology was her beautiful dream….the theme of love – Utmost Feelings….the things simply started connecting automatically….eventually, you’ve become a part of this beautiful poetry book….just look, how you & other writers have come forward to dedicate….delicate could be the situation but here we stand….to withstand the storm that’s aching people’s heart…this art to hold hands together in air…somewhere we’re simply each other’s reflections…appreciation that you shared your knowledge to reduce the side effects of vaccination…constellation we are, that’s shining & thriving the universe full of deeper & spiritual creations ✨❤️🙏🤗
Oh Navin, I’m truly glad you enjoyed it and I appreciate you reading it as it got longer than intended. Truth is I don’t like writing research etc and I’m glad you found that and the info about reducing side effects helpful❣️
Soooo pleased you enjoyed my short Haiku… now that bolted out of me when I was in the waiting seat to leave. I can always count on you to appreciate my vulnerability in sharing my honesty and writing from my heart like you so beautifully do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compliment and seeing my spirit and soul. You too have such a giving heart and it is no surprise that you have taken on this beautiful gift of Astha’s dream and reflect each others light and love of appreciation like you so beautifully said above. I am truly honored to be included with you and the other gifted poets. 💖💖🙏🙏🙏💗
🙏❤️🙏✨💫
💖💗🌷
I’m glad that you’ve gotten the vaccine and are feeling better, Cindy! I read the whole thing – I’d never heard of pregnancy-induced asthma before – that’s a new one to me!
<3
David
Aren’t you a gem to read the whole thing but we knew that already❣️🙏
Thanks soooo much… I’m glad too but still so slow and weak and walked at a snails pace today.
Trust me it was new for me as well!
BTW I’ve been stealing you 💗 David 💗cuz I love it so much.. I do tell some I got it from you but did you want a copywrite on that? 🤣
copying is the biggest form of flattery you know❣️🙏
wow, informative post, Cindy. and amazing haiku, seriously!

Sooooo glad you liked it darling and glad you found it so!!!! Thanks so much for reading …. I know it was a lot!🙏❣️

Oh Cindy, I so appreciate you, my friend. This is a wonderful post. I had not idea about Astha. I am stunned and deeply saddened. Thank you for being who you are, just as you are. Sending love. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much I’m glad you liked it. It is indeed sooo sad at 20 years old and her mother didn’t make it either. I’m so sorry to be the one to break it to you. I felt the same way and still do actually. You are very kind! You are so welcome and thank you for your sweet and touching words Jeff. Thanks for the love and hears some for you. 💖❤️💗
❤️❤️❤️
Awesome Cindy. You are amazing
By now you would be knowing that I am all for alternative treatment. Once I was scratched by a monkey and my siblings told me I need to get tetanus. I didn’t.
Ledum Pal I believe works!!
I too might write a post on Vaccination some day 😊
Thank you dear Ashok❣️
Oh my… why doesn’t that surprise me about you❣️ I would have been right there with them on that one and glad you were ok❣️
You’re here to talk about it Thank goodness and I believe you’re right about Ledum Pal!!!!
I will look forward to it. I’m sure we have similiar philosophies. 💗
💖🤗
Did you happen to read my interview with Namrata?
Thank you for your very candid post. So sorry 😢 you had a bad reaction.you really did a lot of research on this whole COVID thing. Very impressive.glad you are taking it slow and listening to your body . You are such a vital part of the community.we all love you and the work you do.

I am feeling much better.. thank you so much as I have an amazing mother that is very nurturing and loving.
Thanks so much for the love!!!!!❣️💖💖
Cindy, I am glad you are feeling better. Thank you for the suggestions for reducing side-effects. I received the second shot a few weeks ago and it did not go well for me either. I was very ill for a few days, then exhausted and “off” until this last weekend. I had never heard of pregnancy-induced asthma, but I do understand difficult pregnancies. You are a model of health and positivity. 💖
Thank you so much Michelle! I’m finally feeling better today. Wow, interesting that you had a time with it too. I hope they are looking into what they’ve known for decades that the shot is harder on woman. I hadn’t either but it sounds like we share some challenges in the birth department. Oh you are so kind. Thank you so much1💖
I am happy to read today is a better day for you. Onwards and upwards! I turned a corner over the weekend. I felt my energy return to normal. My first night after the shot was horrible! That is behind us. 😌 Have an enjoyable Friday. 🌞
Oh great!!!! Geez.. tried to take a walk today.. seriously i did but it was like sooooo slow (not a real one). wild. Like you said glad you are better after that and Onwards and Upwards!!!@❣️
Oh my….that was quite an ordeal you suffered after your jab. But I am sure your detailed tips will be helpful to others.
I had my first dose last month. Had fever and weakness for a couple of days with mild chills. The second dose is due end of next month. Hopefully things will be better here by then.
Take care Cindy ❤️
It was certainly unexpected Radhika and yeah today is the first day I feel better. Thank goodness. Oh sorry to hear that and I too hope your second one is better for you. Let’s pray the whole thing gets better!!! 💖💖💖❣️🙏🙏🙏🙏

Cindy, thank you for sharing your travails as a pregnant mother and what you learned to make the next three less onerous than the first one. I like to think Renee is a strong and smart woman like her mother. Thanks also for the suggestions and data on the COVID vaccine. Your advice resonates. Hydration is always a good suggestion for what ails you. Best regards, Keith
And thank you for reading Keith!!!🙏
It was quite a surprising reaction and you’re soooo kind, she is every bit of that and more. Glad you enjoyed the tips and information. Yes, I have to force myself on the water dept. Have a great night 💖💗

A wonderful and great post, Cindy and wow you are awesome. Thank you so much for sharing all about the vaccination and how you felt but with God’s grace you came out stronger. I know in India we have lost many, many people to Covid young and old. Hope my country can do more work on curing people from covid and we all live a happy and joyous life like before. Thanks for the exercises one needs to do after taking the vaccination and the homeopathy pills.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it Kamal. Thanks for taking the time to read it. I’m glad my experience was meaningful to you and you found the tips useful. Oh I know it is soooo sad and I’m so sorry about all of your loss. It is just devatating. Prayfully yours❣️🙏🙏❣️
You are always welcome dear Cindy. A great and inspiring post. Stay blessed ❤️❤️❤️❤️

you were in spam.. darn but you’re out now and I’m feeling well.. Thank you❣️❣️
Oh okk dear cindy! Most welcome. Its my pleasure. 😊🤗
Cindy, this is an excellent article. I’m going to post a link to it on my Healing post for WQWWC yesterday. I had exactly the same reaction and by the next day around 5:00 I was fine.
Thank you so much Marsha. I’m really glad you liked it that much to find it worthy to post the link on your Healing post for WQWWC. Glad your reaction was short lived🙌🙌
My reactions are always short-lived. Oh you mean COVID vaccine!
I do.. lol
🙂
💖
This was so personal and yet so informative post. I love the approach with which you wrote this post Cindy. I am also scheduled for first dose vaccine in the coming month. I have my own fears too but as you said this is only way to create a herd immunity and prevent covid from ruining our life more.
So glad you enjoyed it Yeshu and found it informative. I’m really glad my message got conveyed. Oh good for you. I would imagine you do and I totally understand that. I think in a timely way that’s true. Keep me posted as to how it goes💖❣️💗
For sure Cindy 🤗🤗
I enjoyed reading. Keep safe!
First time here, nice site. 🙂

Thanks for your love dear❤️🤗
No need of this wonder woman to wonder or wander but surrender that she is a wonder. 😅❤️🧚♀️
Take care dear🤗🌹🤗
What a lot of incredibly information you provided. I thought your poem was very cleaver my friend. Also sorry your pregnancies were so difficult. What a hard time but what an amazing reward. My parents both smoked and my mom through her pregnancies. So I am grateful I don’t have asthma. I am sorry you got sick as did I with both of my shots. My temp was three degrees above normal, my head felt like it was going to explode and I had no energy. So sounds like we had similar symptoms to the vaccine. I thought along your path to make the decision also after reading many sources I considered reputable. I am glad you are ok and back to work dear friend. By the way there is no harm in missing a day or two, we have to take care of ourselves. Sending you lots of love and hugs, I will check my spam filter tomorrow, I worry you want see my posts. Love you Cindy, you beam of light you! xoxoxo
Hi Dearest wow, 3 times in a day.
Glad you liked my poem.. that came easy but the rest was tough since like you I had these horrible reactions.
The worst and I’m not back to feeling any strength a week later. wild. well it’s working that’s fr sure. You’re sooooo right and thanks for the rememider my dearest💖💖💖
The poem was beautifully written Cindy as it so applies to our world and was very cleaver. It might not hurt to call the place you got the shot if you don’t get you strength back soon. You did an incredibly amazing job of putting together resources for everyone else. Sometimes when someone is as active as you are it is hard to go to bed. I took night time theraflu and could rest for up to four hours at a time. Also please don’t worry about responding to these comments either. Love ❤️ you bunches 🤗❤️🥰🐝😘🧚🏻🧚♀️
You comments always are uplifing to me and give me comfort and support which I appreciate.
You’re right about that!!!! Wow, well I’ll glad you’re better. oh, I can’t help it, i love to talk to you 💖👏 💖U2❣️❣️

A very informative article Cindy. We both had two shots and hand not side effects at all. Hope you are doing well.

Trusting you’re getting stronger each day. Great post. Having red it from beginning to end I consider myself fortunate that I suffered no side effects at all after both injections. Stay Safe. Stay Well. Stay Smiling.
Oh thanks so much Goff for reading and even the whole thing. Glad you liked it and happy you sailed through. Ya know… yesterday was the first day i could actually walk again and still have some weird symtoms. Always Goff Safe, Well and Smiling.. that’s what we do❣️🙏 Happy Sunday❣️❣️
