There was a time that my thoughts scared me. Some of the craziest, random thoughts would come into my mind and I would worry that I had thoughts that were negative.
The more I tried to change that, the more they persisted. By allowing what comes up to be there, without judgment and condemnation, we realize we are more than our thoughts, ego and external forces.
Simply notice what filters through your mind and let it go, the same way you might in meditation. Then the mind doesn’t attach anything to it then and it goes as fast as it comes.
Some thoughts are trying to get your attention and have a lesson attached to them so spend some time figuring out what that is or get someone to help you sort it out.
