Good Morning or Evening and Welcome to December’s Move It Monday, the final stretch and workout until next year!
Yikes, did I just say that?! How has the year gone and so fast!!! I don’t know about you, but life has been a plethora of blessings and adjustments. Whatever you do this holiday season, take some time for yourself to go inside of your body and soul, to regroup and replenish as the world spins around you. It’s imperative so that we can maintain our mental health and continue to face what is thrown at us from one day to the next.
Be aware of what truly feeds and nourishes you and make adjustments in relationships, career, living arrangements etc. as you see fit. How you spend your time matters and who you have in your inner circle is critical.
It’s time to clean house before ending the year and truly learning the lessons that you received before starting the next one, so you don’t repeat the same ones next year. Every situation is our teacher and when we embrace what has come our way, whether we like it or not, we grow in our lives and are richer and healthier for it. Often it requires letting go of people and situations that no longer serve us. Sure it’s sad and we grieve but we move on, healing on a deeper level. When we finally stop taking things personally and realize people have their own set of issues they are dealing with, we can let go of the fact that we were not the cause their problems.
Change can be difficult but it’s necessary, so we can grow into who we are becoming and let go of limitations that create barriers and disillusionment. I will write a post on that before the year end, so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime, start making a list of what you want to let go of this year and what changes you want to make, to be the person that your dog or cat thinks you are. I just love that saying.
Today I just want to share my video with you below, to assure you take time to move from the inside out and create time and space for you to manage through the month: Healthier, happier and stronger, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. I hope you enjoy it. It’s a step up from my last video called Begin Again.
