Unique Times

Where I share my jewels of wisdom of life

Happy Fun Fri-Yayyy Everyone!

It’s sunny in California!!!! Yayyy!

I’m so excited to share one of my poems that will be in Gabriela Maria Milton’s Book HIDDEN IN CHILDHOOD ,that will be released at the end of the month on Amazon. As you most likely know, Gabriela is an Amazon bestselling poet and an internationally published author. She is the author of the #1 best-selling poetry collection Wounds I Healed: Poetry of Strong Woman (I’m honored to be featured in this book as well), Woman: Splendor and Sorrow: | Love Poems and other writings.

I am so honored to be featured with so many other talented authors and I can’t wait to read all of your poems. I know I speak for all of us when I say how honored we all are to be part of your book Gabriela❣️

Have a wonderful weekend! Lots of love and laughter as you move into the weekending. My husband said if I put this much energy into something like this that paid, I would be rich. He obviously doesn’t understand the life of of a writer or my fame and fortune coming soon, or how much fun we all have here. 🤣💗😂❣️

Don’t forget to listen for the exact release of Gabriel’s book and get your copy and some extras for gifts❣️

Cheers,

💗🥂

Cindy

P.S. I tried to have Elvis accompany me in the background but it was either too high or too low as in this case so here you go.

So funny/strange, Cindy, I’ve been listening to Elvis Presley songs as I’ve been catching up on blogs this afternoon. “Wise men say” is playing now. Hope you’ve had a great weekend. –Curt

Congrats on being part of the anthology, Cindy, I’ll watch for it. Loved this boost of energy and your poem, and I saw Elvis in concert in 1975 when I was 14 (went with my parents and sister); he was awesome! Suspicious Minds is a favorite, but then again, there are so many!
Happy writing, singing, and dancing through this new week ahead! ❤️🎶🐈

This poem brings back memories of that time in my life. I love how you tie together the cultural motifs, themes, events, and people of those times. Very fun!
