Happy Passover, Easter, Ramadan, and National Poetry Writing month (NaPoWriMo)!
I just wanted to apologize since I’m way behind in reading you all again while I’m prepping for my 6:30 a.m. colonoscopy. TMI? Probably, but I’m so happy to report the prep with the 24 tablets is a night and day difference from the God awful drink. I just couldn’t do it one more time and finally got doctor approval to use them. I’m just fine so don’t go worrying about me, it’s just routine that we all need to at a certain age. It can save your life since the growth of colon cancer can spread so fast in a short period of time.
Colorectal cancer is the third-leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States for both men and women, taking an estimated 53,200 lives in 2020, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Fortunately, National Cancer Institute statistics show a 90% five-year survival rate when the cancer is detected early. However, the survival rate drops to 72% when the cancer is not discovered until it has spread to regional lymph nodes, and it plummets to 14% when the cancer has spread to distant sites like the liver or lungs.
I might do a post about it later but for now I’m running to my new favorite seat in the house again. Joy.
What kind of Fun Friday is this! Actually, the procedure is a piece of cake which I just might have when I’m done.
Here’s a little meditation video for you that I hope you’ll do with me and enjoy. It is meant for everyone which is why I call it Cinsage Yoga. You are the sage of your own body so adapt it to make it your own.
There’s so much more I planned on saying but I have to start the next dosage right now which means I’ll pretty much be up all night.
Have a great holiday and I hope you enjoy the video.
Have a peek at Randy Rainbow’s latest music video. Talk about talent and a shit show and all mixed in one!
Blessings for a wonderful day as you rebirth all that wants to spring forth.
Love and Blessings,
💗
