Happy Wise Wednesday My Friends,

If you are in the thick of things and have come to an impasse or are overloaded PRESS PAUSE! That’s right: Stop and Regroup and cut yourself some slack.

Time takes time is something that occurs to me over and over again. We can’t rush time as each nano second turns into a second, each second a minute, minutes turn to hours, days etc. We can’t go back, we can’t go forward, we can only be present in the NOW and we can’t do two things at once if we are really paying attention. When we have lots we want or need to do, it can feel like we are racing against the clock.

The difference is the clock doesn’t care. It just keeps on going but we can crash and burn, so make sure you do something everyday that feeds you emotionally and physically.

Listen to what that might be and give yourself a window of time to feed yourself physically and emotionally so you can start fresh and begin again!

Tips on Time Takes Time:

Get up early to take advantage of no one being in your space, clear your head and replenish!

Hit Pause! That’s right, schedule exactly the break you need and make sure you unplug!

Do one thing EVERYDAY that is yummy and truly feeds you!

Say No and Yes to you!

Stay Present and Be Here NOW!

Here’s a video if you would rather listen!

Have a wonderful Wise Wednesday and do something today that makes your heart sing.

See you Fri-Yay for more fun and sharing.

In Health and Blessings,

πŸ’—

Cindy

An important message! I’ve been doing a lot of this lately and I feel it paying off in the way I’m feeling about myself. More hopeful πŸ™‚ Relaxed too. I don’t have more answers, per se, but I’ve allowed myself to rest and pause. It’s a good practice.

I got lost trying to define “now” for myself. I think I invented a definition so I’m going to give it and pause: “Now” is the asymptote of the oceanic feeling.

Yes, yes, I love the idea of “press pause.” I’m re-reading Eckard Tolle’s A New Earth, and he also stresses the importance of living the NOW. Not sure why that’s so hard for us to do, but it’s a great goal. I’m pressing pause today a few times, thanks to you.

This is very good advice and a very beautiful poem that I hope your readers are properly taking in. It’s so easy to feel stressed these days and to forget ourselves in the middle of it all. I think doing at least one thing every day that feeds you emotionally and physically is a pretty great rule to follow.

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the never-ending cycle of rushing and feeling overwhelmed. Taking the time to pause, regroup, and cut ourselves some slack is essential for our well-being. Thank you for this insightful reminder, Cindy!

When I was in class 1st, my teacher taught me about a chapter titled “time” . At that time I only understand that time never stops, but today I know deep meaning of time only because of you. Your post gives a new view to my thinking. And I also learn something new today that I have to do something new everyday to feed myself physically and emotionally fit and healthy. Thanks a lot Cindy aunt for sharing for sharing this post.
Have a nice day!πŸ₯°

Enjoyed your poem about pausing and valuing that all things take time – and agree that β€œWe can’t go back, we can’t go forward, we can only be present in the NOW and we can’t do two things at once if we are really paying attention.”
