It was hot as blazing this weekend so I impulsively over nighted 2 rafts from Amazon. They came, the cool replaced the sun, so I’m set for next season but I’m ready if the weather changes its mind.

What a gorgeous “Last rose of Summer” Cindy! Love the haiku! Very uplifting! <3 My mother often repeated the quote, "Bloom where you are planted!" The song is a nice take on it! I am sure she would have loved it. 🙂

Two RAFTS-? We have a semi-circle of rose bushes out in front of our apt. building. Two of them have what probably are the last pink and red blossoms of our season, too.
